We had a great time trying the following dishes:
1. Scallop wrapped with bacon
2. Fish and chip
3. Seafood chowder
4. Blueberry pie
All were fresh and delicious. The scallops were tender and full of flavor. The fish and chip was lightly battered and not oily. The blueberry pie were not too sweet, which is what I preferred. The chowder was packed with seafood and not a heavy meal, and was nicely complimented with a large piece of biscuit.
The restaurant is at the back of a gift shop. If you want to buy anything, do so after you eat because your meal receipt will offer you 10 percent off at the gift shop.
The waitress was very nice and accommodating with our request for extra plates so we can share all the dishes.
The view was amazing and would be nice on a summer day as they have a patio that overlook the water.

My partner and I are in town for a vacation and staying in the Shoreline Suites, above the restaurant (lovely spot). As this is the only restaurant with live lobsters, my partner was excited to try them out( I don't eat seafood myself). It was an excellent meal. We've now been twice and will continue to visit this wonderful little restaurant and hotel on our next visits.
Waitstaff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Sherry was our favourite waitress, she knew our drink orders from a previous meal.
The lobster is apparently the best he's ever had, presentation was lovely. I had the steak and was satisfied with it. Good temperature and fair portion for price.
Definitely stop in to this lovely restaurant in your travels. Portions are huge for price and a lovely dining experience. -

Oh.My.God!! There is no need to look anywhere else if you want famous Digby scallops! And if you are wanting scallops, you simply must try the bacon wrapped scallops with whisky maple sauce, and a side of their homemade chips. It was absolutely what we wanted and exactly what we got. Best.Scallops.EVER!!!

We were only in town for 3 days, so could only try a few of the restaurants, but the Shoreline was our absolute favorite. It is casual, but the food is anything but. Portions are huge, and everything was delicious. We ordered the clam chowder, escargot and the scallop kebabs. The chowder was better than average, with lots of clams in it. The escargot was unbelievable - there were easily a dozen snails in one order! We have never seen more than 6 in one order. The pile of escargot was even served piled on top of one of the standard 6-hole little plates! The scallop kebabs were also excellent, attractively presented on a bed of rice with colorful veggies interspersed with big scallops. There were 3 or 4 scallops on each skewer - see the pictures on this yelp page. Service was excellent and there is a glassed-in porch for waterside dining. Highly recommended.

The scallops were great, both pan-fried and served with bacon and maple-whisky sauce. We were delighted with speed of service which enabled us to eat a quick, tasty supper and still catch the 5:30 pm ferry to Saint John.
